UroControl is a food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always read the label and consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any displayed discounts at checkout. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or error; in that case you will be refunded in full.
4. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours and arrive within 1–3 working days with free tracked delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Purchases are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy. As a UK consumer you also have statutory cancellation and refund rights, which are not affected by these terms.
6. Health and safety
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop use and seek medical advice.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, branding) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
