If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and we will refund the full purchase price.
How to request a refund

- Tell us briefly why you were not satisfied (optional, but it helps us improve).
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
Your statutory rights (UK)
In addition to our guarantee, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and to a refund or replacement for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund it in full.
